For any project, Blue-Con Construction will assemble a project-specific team consisting of experienced supervision, who are supported by knowledgeable and skilled operators and labourers. Our team has access to an up-to-date fleet of heavy equipment, allowing us to complete projects within budget and on schedule while maintaining a superior level of quality. During the construction season, we are proud to employ well over 100 people while operating over 50 pieces of heavy equipment.

Tendering & Estimating
Most of our municipal and development projects are won through tendering, and we are always on the invited bidder list for invitation-only tenders. Due to our level of commitment to our projects, many Consulting Engineers call Blue-Con Construction to be certain that we are aware of a project Tender Call and will be submitting a price.
Our experienced Estimating department is regularly contacted by municipalities and Engineers for our assistance and advice with budget preparation and job methodology.
Blue-Con: our foundations in quality service
Blue-Con Construction was founded in 1976 by Tony Aarts, and purchased in 1991 by former Chief Operating Officer Michael Turek and our current Chief Executive Officer Joe Haasen. Also part of Blue-Con Construction's leadership structure are Chief Administrative Officer Gerald deVries and the current Chief Operating Officer Brandon Haasen. The company is currently based from a 10-acre site in London which includes our head office as well as our full service maintenance shop for fleet vehicles and heavy equipment.
Over the last 40 years, Blue-Con has diversified and evolved to become a multi-faceted heavy civil construction company completing projects throughout Southwestern Ontario. Our excellent reputation has awarded us many prestigious and high profile projects over the years.
